The ABM cutter line is made up of two models with different production capacity.
Our cutters are stainless steel heavy duty machines; with different capacity of 23 and of 45 liters, they are professional machines.
Both types have the minimum space between the bowl and the knives allowing to produce any fine stuffing without heating the product, a water drain hole integrated in the bowl and 2 independent motors for knives and bowls with 2 different speeds.
While the smaller 23-liter machine has a support table included, the larger one from 45 liters marks out the inversion of the blades for the kneading use, which allows to have two machines in one, collecting the function of the cutter and the kneader at best.
All ABM cutters meet the requirement of the applicable EC directives – CE marking.
